I haven't had Braums in yearsss but let me tell you , the burgers are still top tier along with those famous shakes. Sorry I don't have more pics to share but I could not wait to indulge πŸ˜‹ Heaven on earth!

The food here is good and the service is nice. My reasoning for the low review is that many times when I go into this restaurant, specifically the area near restroom and soda fountain, the floor is slick, almost greasy. I have almost fallen once or twice, and now .are a point of walking very cautiously in this area. Wear your treasure footwear to eat here.

Visited this location on 8/2 at approximately 1330, to have lunch in the middle of my workday. First time ever visiting a Braum's at all. Couldn't tell where you're supposed to order, nothing clearly labeled, just a bunch of people congregated around the counter couldn't tell who was in line and who wasn't. Made my way to the front to try and order, one girl took some orders ahead of me and as soon as I was next they moved off to the ice cream side where a bunch of their employees, 4 or 5 seemed to be crowded around one ice cream creation, unsure why that many staff are needed for one order but sure. Then when one person from the back, made their way to the front, did not greet me, did not apologize for my wait since id clearly been standing there a number of minutes. So I abruptly made my leave from this location and made my way to Mcds where at least I know what kind of service to expect. If any managers read this or corporate you need to do better, better training, better presence of mind in your staff, heck better line organization so people know where to go for what. As this was my very first time visiting one of your locations, this will also be my last, no point in going out

Very friendly and helpful staff. Service was quick. Lots of flavors to buy from and try in half gallons!

I get my milk from Braums for the generally stellar quality, taste, and ease of digestion. Yes, it is much more expensive and out of my way, but usually worth the inconvenience. This week I had a gallon of milk go bad well before the expiration date. When I tried to exchange it for a fresh gallon I was told that because it had already been opened it could not be exchanged. Not sure what I am meant to do with a half gallon of moldy milk. I was under the impression that Braums offered good customer service. Disappointed.
